MEET THE FOUNDER
Benjamin Voelcker
FOUNDER
Benjamin Voelcker founded Tidal Surf Ventures to bring a systems-driven development approach to the emerging surf destination industry. With an engineering background, an Executive MBA, and more than 15 years of experience leading complex technical and operational initiatives, Benjamin approaches surf development as an exercise in aligning technology, real estate, capital, operations, and people around a viable development strategy.
His experience spans manufacturing, project management, operations, safety, and large scale execution, providing a unique foundation for navigating the complexity of surf destination development.
Today, he leads the advancement of Boston Surf Supply while building relationships across the surf technology, development, construction, finance, and operating ecosystem.
